I'm fairly sure this will be because you are using JDK 1.4.1. I think
JDK 1.4.2 will fix this problem - I suppose your only need to download
the JRE.

I just tried to update the webstart config files to specify 1.4.2 or
greater but you can't go to that depth in the "version" attribute.

I've added a note to the download page.
